This is a fairly standard form throughout the late 19th and early 20th century. This particular example, however, has luxurious mother o'pearl handles. which makes them much more interesting. They shimmer wonderfully with a nacreous luster. The hall marked silver blades are carefully made and in excellent condition.
They are well-presented in a fitted wooden canteen.
