English Edwardian Hall Marked Silver Epergne

Formerly used to place bouquets of flowers and fruits in the center of the table, this elegant epergne has three matching trumpet-shaped vases around another larger. Each has a frilled rim and a gilt washed interior. The scrolling frame firmly seats each vase in position, ready for your flowers and table decoration. Each piece is carefully hall marked for Sheffield, dated 1909, and with the mark of Walker and Hall. The word epergne is derived from the french word "epaigner" which means to be "thrifty". This epergne is made up of several removable parts, making storage and polishing easier.
This is not weighable because it is securely loaded at the base to add stability.
