These three panels originally adorned the Palace Cinema in Montreal. This Theatre predated sound and was built to the highest standard. .The designer was Howard Crane of Detroit .The general style was a pastiche of exotic and extravagant motifs plundered in an over-the-top profusion.
The panels are on a caramel and amber ground; the leafy stylised plant and flower motif is typically Art Nouveau. Each is identical to each other, although the wooden framing is different. We sell them as a set.
