An 18th century English Chinoiserie Bureau Bookcase, profusely lacquered with exotic birds in a flowering landscape, pavilions and “oriental” figures on a black ground. The upper section is enclosed by a pair of doors, the lower has a fall front and fitted interior The cornice is molded and the desk is raised on bracket feet. There are a number of devious false drawers and cubby holes which shall be revealed to the purchaser.
