This fine Pietra Dura circular top is delicately inlaid with flowers and fruiting vines, around a central reseve. It is set within a handsome carved tabletop . the gilded base is ,elaborately carved with figures and masks on a baluster turned tripod base. This unusual table was perhaps brought home from Italy after a Grand Tour.. It would make a wonderfully dramatic statement in hall or salon.
