Pair of George III English Coopered Oak Oyster Buckets
These are rarely found as a pair and are typically more bucket-shaped. This pair are shallow, oval, staved and brass-banded, they are ideal for anything served on ice since they are complete with galvanized liners. They could also be used for flowers or fruit. When I bought them they had ivy growing in them. Stapled underneath is the business card of the prominent London dealer who originally sold them.
They are an ideal size for domestic use and add an unusual chic to your dinner party.
