Napoleon III strongly figured sofa table of typical form, but.edged with egg and dart molding. the two drawers are lined in bird's-eye maple, raised on twin column supports with foliate decoration and scrolled feet united by an acanthus and barley sugar turned stretcher.
This unusual table seems to be of French origin, in the English taste but with Continental flourishes.
