Louis XV Style Gilt Bronze and Crystal Eight-Light Chandelier

Louis XV style gilt bronze and crystal eight-light cage chandelier, the frame centered by crystal spike flanked on its four arms by smaller spikes separated by pairs of serpentine bronze candle arms hung with graduated French pendeloques. Developed as candle chandelier, later adapted to electricity.
