This finely modelled antique porcelain figure is one of a group called "Five Senses", this is Hearing. The young lady sits, her fingers poised above the keyboard, forever ready to begin. She is elegantly and richly dressed from robin's egg colored shoes to powdered wig and lace cap. She sits on a shaped square base within pink and gilt border.
Small chip at the bottom of back of the base.
