This is unmarked but of the type and quality made by the Bergman factory. It is crisply modelled and well-cast. The bird is displaying, with outstretched wings and tail feathers. The underside is fully-detailed too, a further expression of the quality. It stands on an oblong base with a compartment within to contain the electric-work. The button is Bakelite which suggests a date from the first quarter of the last century. It retains the original wiring and plug.
